Custom Programming: Asset Maintenance Needs

The Major Maintenance Pro 5 (MMPro) is a generic software engine designed to manage the mainenance schedules and inventory parts information of large complex assets. MMPro is used in DMS: Maintenance & Inventory where it provided information for the management of combustion turbine power plants.

MMPro can be used by any asset where the management of it maintenance is critical. The software has many unique features which provide superior information:

Inventory Parts Pooling: MMPro allows the inventory parts for multiple assets to be efficiently pooled together, while taking into account each asset's specific maintenance schedule. If an asset is to be moved from one pool to another, the software will re-balance all the inventory pools. An unlimitged number of assets per pool and an unlimited number of pools is possible.

Asset Availability: Pre-set the dates for mandatory asset availability or conversely, time-spans where maintenance can occur. MMPro will develop maintenance schedules to ensure the asset's availability in accordance with operational schedules.

Automatic Updating: As operational or maintenance schedules change, whether planned or unplanned, all maintenance schedules and pool inventories are updated as necessary.

Parts Reliability Tracking: Using actual data, the MMPro can determine the reliability of tracked parts. This information can then be used to refine the model used to determine the maintenance schedules.

"What If" Modeling: Want to determine how a new part or schedule will impact overall schedules or costs? MMPro can easily handle variations to analysis data while maintaining the live data's integrity.

Enterprise Software Interface: The use of the Workspace Database Structure (WDS) as the platform for MMPro, allows for easy interface with other programs and databases.
